| This
production line can produce and compound tile panel. The whole line consists of
uncoiler, cutting set, - compound system ( ribbon, gelatinizing, heating up,
compounding, crimping, notching, edge trimmer, automatic cutting )and is
computer operated, which is necessary to manufacture roof and wall panels for
industrial workshop and warehouses. It is to produce E.P.S sandwich panel for
wall, roof which is used for warehouse, factory, fabricated building. The
feature of this panel is able to be easy, fast construction.

Consecutive steps: |

| -Forming |
| Steel or Aluminum rolls are fed to roll formers, which form the coils into upper and lower layers of the panel. According to customer's requests, there are different forming sections. |
| -Injecting |
| Inject the polystyrene foam between the two-formed layers in the injection section. |
| -Laminating |
| Upon completion of chemical reactions for foam formation, the polystyrene forms a composite panel with the metal layers on the surfaces. |
| -Cutting |
| Panels are cut as per customer specification in the Cut-to-Measure section and packed for shipment. |
